Our cutting boards are engraved on one side, and can be used for chopping and cutting on both sides. The material is moisture-resistant and durable. They do not dull knives. Easy to clean and maintain with regular washing. Apply mineral oil after use to maintain longer life span. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Wash by hand.
